| We work with different technologies: | |
| Punching: Here the openings for the keys are punched out. Punching offers the advantage that the keys can be used directly from the punched material. However, the technology is only suitable for higher quantities, as the costs of tool production are relatively high. | |
| Lasering: With lasering, the individual key apertures are cut out with the help of a laser. This is a low-cost solution that is also suitable for smaller quantities. The keys must be produced separately, as the entry point of the laser is always visible and the material is thus lost. | |
| Milling: Similar to laser cutting, the keys are cut out and the cut-out material is lost. The milling machine is used to mill grooves, for example, which are inserted into the special holders to prevent round keys from twisting. | |
