Return and disposal of old devices
Has a keyboard or another GeBE device reached the end of its life? Simply return it to us: send the old device with a parcel service or forwarding agent of your choice. You cover the shipping, we take care of proper recycling.
How the return works
- Fill in the form for the return of old devices on this page completely.
- Upon receipt of the form we will promptly send you an RMA number.
- Return the devices to us quoting the RMA number (at your expense).

Personal data on the device
If any personal data is stored on a device, for example the key assignments of a programmable keyboard, please delete it before shipping. Under Section 19a ElektroG (German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act) this responsibility lies with you as the end user, so your data stays in your hands.
What the symbol means
The crossed-out wheeled bin on an electrical device means that at the end of its life it does not belong in household waste but in the separate collection for waste electrical equipment. By returning it to us you make sure it is recycled and disposed of properly.
Why we take back old devices
Waste electrical equipment contains valuable raw materials, but also substances that should not end up in the environment. EU Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and the German Electrical and Electronic Equipment Act (ElektroG) therefore ensure that old devices are collected separately, treated properly and recycled. As a manufacturer, we offer you a simple way to return them.
