GeBE Computer & Peripherie GmbH presents the frontpanel version of the KFT-104/105 short-travel keyboard. The highlight is that its carrier plate is made of steel instead of the usual aluminum. Advantage: The keyboard is more durable against hard blows and other outside effects. Both the keyboard and the integrated mouse device are dust- and waterproof according to IP65 /NEMA 4.
IP65 Standard Layout
The KFT-104/105 is particularly user-friendly because of the proven standard layout. The high degree of protection (IP65) permits an application under damp and dusty conditions. Because of its smooth surface it is easy to clean and is resistant against most chemicals.
Waterproof Pointing Devices
The integrated Touchpad or Trackball corresponds to modern requirements. The capacitive touchpad is placed directly under the membrane and is therefore absolutely sealed. The IP65 trackball is extremely durable due to its rotary shafts and bearings of steel that guarrantee a long life.
Easy to Install
"The specialty of this keyboard is it's ruggedness due to the steel carrier plate and the great tactility through the short travel keys and the textured front foil", said Christopher Stacey, assistant sales manager at GeBE Computer & Peripherie GmbH.
