Further development of the XT interface - connection only for keyboards
AT Attachment (ATA for short) is a historical standard for parallel data transfer between storage media or drives and the corresponding interface of a computer. The term AT indicates the IBM PC / AT (Advanced Technology).
5-DIN-Plug
The AT connection is based on a 5 pin DIN connector with an outside diameter of approx. 13.3 mm. It has 5 connections with the following meaning:

1) Clock-Signal
2) DATA-Signal
3) not connected
4) 0 V
5) +5 V
