| The steady increase of IPC in germ sensitive applications requires the use of sterile data input devices. For the membrane keyboards GFT-104/105, GeBE worked with a partner to develop a special antibacterial coating. This nano composit coating protects the keyboard, the housing, and also parts of the cable. The customer will benefit from the complete protection of the whole device, unlike conventional coatings that often only protect the membrane surface. |

| Closing Safety Gaps |
| Unlike the conventional coated membrane keyboards in the market, the complete device including housing and cable are covered with the antibacterial coating, not just the keyboard membrane. This helps to further close safety gaps caused by germs between human and machine. |
