| Avoiding Program Errors |
| The number of keys on a keyboard that can be operated simultaneously without causing an error depends on the type of matrix technology used. If more than three keys are Pressed simultaneously, ostensible keystrokes are generated that are different than the ones actually pressed. These "ghost keys" result in incorrect input or can even make the operation of a program impossible. |
| Intelligent Matrix Design |
| The controller that is integrated in the GFT-51 automatically recognizes the incorrect input on the basis of the sophisticated matrix design. Whenever ghost keys occur, generated by complex or hasty input, these keystrokes are erased, and an error message is sent to the PC. |
